Step-by-step guides for browsing homes with RDX Rentals, understanding rental criteria and fees, applying online, and tracking your application through screening and review. Each guide answers the questions people actually ask.
The public site lists every available home with photos, pricing, and details. Each listing page has the actions to ask a question or start an application, and the Contact page reaches the leasing team directly.
Before you apply, review the published policies: rental criteria explain how applications are evaluated, the application-fees page lists what you'll pay and what it covers, and the pet policy covers animals. Fair housing, accessibility, privacy, and terms round out how your application and data are handled.
The application is completed online from the Apply page. You'll create an account as part of applying, so you can save progress, pay the application fee, and track everything afterward from your applicant portal.
After you apply, your portal shows each application and its milestones: payment received, screening requested, screening returned, and review complete. You'll see milestone updates rather than the full screening report — detailed provider results stay with the review team. If the office needs documents from you, the request appears on your application.
The public Help Center answers the questions people ask before applying — how listings work, what the rental criteria and fees cover, how to apply, and what happens during screening — without needing to sign in. Anything specific to your situation goes to the leasing team, and once you have an account your portal carries its own help section.
These guides ship with the platform and are checked against every release, so they describe how applying actually works today rather than a stale help page.
