RDX Rentals aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across its public website, resident portal, owner portal and staff workspace. This statement describes what has been measured, what has not, and how to tell us when something is in your way.
Every change to this platform is checked before it ships. A real browser loads each surface below and the axe-core accessibility engine grades the rendered page against the WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 A and AA rule sets. A serious or critical finding stops the release until it is fixed.
Automated testing finds a minority of the barriers a disabled person actually meets. The following have not been done, and nothing on this page should be read as implying they have.
If any part of this website or portal is not usable for you, contact RDX Rentals and say what you were trying to do and what stopped you. You do not need to identify the standard or the rule.
A reasonable accommodation in the housing process itself — an auxiliary aid, an alternative format for a lease packet, an assistance-animal question — is handled separately under fair housing. If you need a reasonable accommodation, an auxiliary aid, or an accessible alternative format for a listing, application, lease packet, or resident communication, contact the leasing team so support can be coordinated.
Current residents can file and track an accommodation request from the resident portal profile page.
