RDX Rentals Demo collects the information needed to market homes, respond to leasing inquiries, manage applications, support residents, coordinate maintenance, and operate the resident portal. Depending on the service, that can include contact details, property preferences, account credentials, uploaded documents, payment-related records, maintenance updates, and communication history.
When you use the resident portal or applicant portal, we may also collect device, browser, session, and audit information needed to keep your account secure and help verify activity.
We use personal information to answer inquiries, process applications, verify identity, manage leasing and occupancy records, coordinate maintenance, deliver billing and document notices, and improve portfolio operations.
We also use service logs and communication records to support fraud prevention, account security, legal compliance, and resident support follow-through.
If you provide a mobile number to RDX Rentals Demo, you may receive service-related text messages about account activation, leasing progress, maintenance coordination, billing reminders, document notices, scheduling updates, and resident support. Message frequency varies by activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of leasing approval, occupancy, or purchase. You can reply STOP to opt out, START to resume, and HELP for support. For assistance, contact the leasing team.
SMS consent and mobile numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, portals, and rental services, such as hosting, communications, payments, document processing, maintenance coordination, screening, or customer support vendors.
Which other providers are involved depends on the features RDX Rentals Demo has turned on, and a feature that is switched off sends its provider nothing at all. The features that can send information outside our own systems are error monitoring and diagnostics, accounting and bookkeeping, AI assistant features, voice recording transcription, offsite backup storage, bank feed connections, and a leasing CRM connection.
Where those features are turned on: error monitoring sends technical fault details to Sentry when something goes wrong, and those details can include the page you were using; accounting and bookkeeping sends ledger records to Intuit QuickBooks, including resident and vendor names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and invoice and payment amounts; AI assistant features send text typed by you or by our staff, such as the description on a maintenance request, to OpenAI or Anthropic so it can be summarized, categorized, translated, or drafted into a reply; voice recording transcription sends a voice note attached to a maintenance request to OpenAI, and only for a recording where you ticked the box agreeing to it; and offsite backup storage sends an encrypted copy of our database to Backblaze B2, which stores it without being able to read it.
Bank feed connections use Plaid to import transactions from RDX Rentals Demo's own bank account into our bookkeeping. Our staff make that connection with our own bank; it does not connect to a resident's or applicant's bank account, and no resident banking credentials are involved. Plaid does receive the transactions on that account, and because a bank's own description of a payment can include the name of the person who sent it, a payment you make to us may appear there.
Where a leasing CRM connection is turned on, RDX Rentals Demo sends a new prospect's record to HubSpot CRM, the customer relationship management system our leasing team uses, when that record is first created, for example the first time you send an inquiry, request a showing, or join a waitlist for a home, or when our leasing staff add you as a prospect. The record contains your first and last name, email address, the home and unit concerned, your desired move-in date and maximum budget where you gave them, where the inquiry stands in our leasing process, when it was created, how you reached us (the source we recorded and any advertising campaign tags on the link you followed), and a reference number that links it to our records. Your phone number is included only if you have agreed to receive text messages from us and have not opted out. What you write in a message to us, our staff's notes, your place on a waitlist, and information from a rental application, such as screening results, Social Security number, date of birth, and income, are not sent.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce agreements, to protect residents, staff, or property, or in connection with business transfers involving the portfolio or management operations.
Payments made through the portal are processed by third-party payment providers. Card numbers and bank credentials are collected directly by those providers under their own security programs; RDX Rentals Demo receives transaction confirmations, payment status, and the accounting records needed to maintain your ledger, not full card numbers.
RDX Rentals Demo keeps records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit history, and support portfolio operations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of record and service involved.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, though no online system can guarantee absolute security.
The website and secure portals use necessary cookies for sign-in, security, preferences, and form continuity. These cookies are required for account and portal features to work correctly.
Optional analytics cookies are not required to browse listings or use the portals. If you choose Accept all, RDX Rentals Demo uses PostHog Cloud in the US data region (us.i.posthog.com) to capture page paths, page-leave lifecycle events, viewport dimensions, and referrer; no PII, email, or identifiers are sent.
You can change or withdraw that choice at any time, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. The Cookie preferences link in the site footer re-opens the consent banner on the page you are already on, and the Cookie preferences section further down this page does the same thing without a banner. Choosing Necessary only withdraws consent for optional analytics: the analytics script is not loaded again, and a copy already running in the page you are on stops sending immediately rather than at your next page load.
Some pages also load content directly from other companies, so your browser contacts them as the page loads. Property maps use map tile images from OpenStreetMap and Esri, and a help guide that has a tutorial video uses an embedded video player from YouTube, on its no-cookie address, which sets no Google cookie unless you start the video. These are part of the page itself rather than analytics, so they load whether you choose Accept all or Necessary only, and the company providing them receives your IP address and the page you are viewing. Maps load on pages that show a property location; a video player loads only on a help guide that has a video attached.
You may contact RDX Rentals Demo to update core contact details, request account help, ask questions about communications, or request reasonable accommodations related to listings, applications, lease packets, or resident communications.
If you no longer want marketing or service-related text messages, use the STOP keyword or contact the team directly so your communication preferences can be reviewed.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or local privacy law, such as the right to request access to or deletion of personal information. Requests can be made through the contact channels below and will be honored as applicable law requires.
The website and portals are intended for adults involved in housing inquiries, applications, leases, and resident services. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Household member information supplied on an application or lease is provided by the responsible adult.
This panel reads and writes the same choice as the consent banner. Necessary cookies are always in use because sign-in, security, and form continuity depend on them, so they are not listed here as an option.
Checking your current cookie choice…
Choosing Necessary only withdraws consent for optional analytics cookies. Choosing Accept all turns them back on. Either choice is remembered on this browser and can be changed here again at any time.
